Another pretentious thing. At first sight I thought this was a cake. But oh no. It was not! It's a special cheese. Rotten cheese with live maggots on the top. Cheese fed the maggots. Maggots and cheese fed the Italians. For real, this dish is festive.I am a little curious how this cheese taste like. And I'm excited to try it. If only we have one.

you know what I had a taste of this cheese once I've attended an event of French people. We had wines, pastries and different kinds of cheese. Well, they say it's one of those expensive cheese they have. I don't have any idea how expensive it is but Ulgh! once I tasted it ... eeeweeee... it has this wax-like and rotten-smelly after-taste. @_@
But still if you're that interested with this kind of cheese, go on have a taste of it. ^___^ good luck. Maybe for you, like any other French out there, it will be good.

Ive tasted this once, I really love all different kinds of cheese! - This one is not so bad! Try it, you might like it din though I don't know where you could get it in pinas, but Im pretty sure meron jan.
